Full-time, 40h a weekLocation : Boulder, CO (onsite 5 days a week required)Salary : $70-85k DOE + full benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO, occasional flexibility for remote work, paid parental leave, 401k, etc.The Marketing Manager will manage agency partnerships and vendors while working closely with a small internal team to execute a wide range of marketing initiatives (i.e. brand strategy, brand storytelling, digital/social content development, email marketing campaigns, direct mail, event and experiential marketing, etc.)Ideal candidates will have:- At least 7+ years of experience as a brand manager, marketing manager, communications manager, or similar role and relevant work experience- Understand the importance of purposeful communication and how it aids in building, activating, and maintaining relationships- Strong project manager energized by juggling priorities and running multiple projects in varying degrees of complexity at one time- Strong understanding of how to leverage the channels and tools at your disposal to achieve marketing goals- Able to advocate for resources when needed and pursue success even under shifting circumstances- Proven experience developing marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.- Detail-oriented and highly organized with an efficient approach to managing projects of varying complexity with urgency and timeliness**Please note: This role requires being on-site in Boulder 5 days a week.
