Job Description: Marketing ManagerManager Reports to: Director of CommunicationsFLSA Status: ExemptPOSITION SUMMARY:
Marketing Managers are responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Ability to read, write and speak EnglishFamiliar with restaurant industry standard concepts, practices, and procedures Ability to effectively interact with a diverse population of Associates, Management and GuestsDemonstrate leadership by utilizing sound judgment when making business related decisionsSubject matter expert regarding marketing relations required to support company visionWork under pressure within a well-integrated team environmentAble to consistently maintain a professional and respectful demeanorStrong organizational and coordination skillsStrong interpersonal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Software, Adobe, Photoshop & InDesign programsESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Ability to drive marketing initiatives for the entire company portfolioResponsible for effectively executing all social media campaigns & printed materialsCoordinating photo shoots / short videos for all company locationsDriving menu creations and updatesAligning creative directions with the company's strategic goalsEnsure the company is communicating the right message to attract prospective customers and retain existing onesRepresent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales and customer serviceUpdates senior leadership on the progress of the marketing activities and reporting on the results of the campaignsAll other responsibilities as dictated by the business or assigned by the Senior ManagementQUALIFICATIONS:A.
Education and/or years of experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience3 years of Marketing experienceB.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: (applicable to position)Required Harassment Training Certification (CA)
