Marketing Manager
candidates for an equipment manufacturer/supplier located in Richland, MS. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote sales and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have the capabilities to supervise a small team and a strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns and execute with support staff.Assist with the planning and execution of events, such as trade shows and conferences.Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, and events.Create and manage marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional items.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing reports to management.Manage and update the company website and social media accounts.Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels, including print and digital.Develop and manage PPC advertising and other digital marketing efforts.Provide support to the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation.Manage internal and external communications, including newsletters, emails, memos, and press releases.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, and social media management.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Trade show planning and experience is a plus.Compensation:$60,000 - $85,000 per year DOE
