Marketing Communication Specialist
Purpose of the Job
IMOs. The primary responsibility of this position is to generate and maintain high-quality marketing content, focusing on expanding our digital collateral, including social media advertising, videos, and websites. Utilize social media, video production, and copywriting skills to craft compelling communications that enhance the Americo brand. Additionally, support traditional agent and consumer marketing projects as needed.
Essential ResponsibilitiesAssist with researching, coordinating, and developing digital marketing collateral for agent and client advertising campaigns. Utilize multiple channels, including social media, video, text, websites, and email, to drive sales results and enhance brand visibility.Assist with agent marketing inquiries and compliance review process. Utilize desktop publishing software to create/maintain pre-approved content and fulfill agent advertising requests.Collaborate with the Sales team to develop engaging digital content for social media platforms. Create content and manage Instagram and Facebook pages, ensuring a consistent brand presence.Assist with creating and reviewing traditional marketing content to increase brand awareness and support marketing strategies.Assist with other marketing projects as needed.Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with high attention to detailExperience with desktop publishing software, specifically Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platformsAbility to work independently under tight deadlines/quick turnarounds with minimal supervisionComfortable/familiar with financial and insurance products/servicesWork Model:
Typically full time in office, followed by a hybrid schedule 4 days in the office 1 day remoteOffice Location:
Downtown Kansas City, MO (paid parking provided in a covered parking garage)Schedule:
