FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network's national content.

JOB DESCRIPTION

BROADCAST MOTION DESIGN - ARTIST / ANIMATOR (Full Time Regular ): Experienced 2D/3D motion designer needed for in-house unit to help fulfill graphic demands for FOX owned and operated TV Stations. Qualified applicants will conceptualize and execute industry leading design and animation. Work alongside Art Directors, Project Managers, fellow broadcast motion designers, and other creative professionals to create graphics for multiple platforms supporting FOX Owned & Operated Television Stations and properties.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of experience as a 2D or 3D animator. Should be proficient with one or more of the following software programs: Maxon Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/After Effects. Must have strong design skills and judgement and be able to generate a project from concept to completion or work in concert with others. Excellent interpersonal skills are required as well as the ability to successfully work in a team environment with a positive attitude and professional work ethic. Should be highly organized with the ability to multi-task and to prioritize under tight deadlines. Expected to be flexible and able to work all hours and shifts as well as being punctual respective to assigned scheduling. A degree in design is preferred, although range and scope of portfolio or work experience may equate. Experience with Chyron and/or AR/VR workflow a plus.

Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of experience as a 2D and3D designer/animator. Should be proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud suite with emphasis on After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator;3D software, preferably Maxon Cinema 4D Experience/knowledge of Chyron platform and/or Unreal Engine AR/VR a big plus. Must have strong design skills and judgment and be able to generate a project from concept to completion and/or work in concert with others.
