This Is Voice is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, and supporting the overall marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.Coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Organize and manage events, webinars, and promotional activities.Maintain and update the company's website and social media profiles.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position.Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.Benefits
