Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our digital platforms.Manage and monitor our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.Create engaging and informative content for daily posts, taking into consideration the target audience and platform requirements.Monitor trends and best practices in social media and incorporate them into our strategy.Interact with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track the success of our campaigns.Collaborate with other departments to gather content and ensure consistency across all social media channels.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Proven work experience as a social media coordinator or similar role.Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative and able to think outside the box to develop engaging content.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using social media management tools.Benefits
