Main Responsibilities:

This role will work in the Sanofi Specialty Care Global Business Unit and will be a key member of the Tolebrutinib Global Marketing Leadership Team.

This role will participate in the development and execution of the overall tolebrutinib brand strategy. This role will be the commercial lead for omnichannel marketing strategy and tactics in support of the overall brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities include the following:

Overall Brand Strategy and TacticsPartner with the Global Brand Team (GBT) and the HCP/Patient Global Marketing Teams to support the development of the brand strategy. (The GBT is the decision-making body for the brand and is comprised of senior leaders from key functions and markets.)In partnership with the Tolebrutinib Marketing Council and in alignment with GloCal guidance, participate in the co-creation of global marketing tactics.Launch Excellence

Participate in the execution of the Global Launch Plan in partnership with the GBT and the Sanofi Genzyme Launch Excellence teams.Participate in the co-development and oversee execution of Country-Level Launch Plans, particularly as it pertains to ensuring country readiness to perform omnichannel execution and prioritized go to market models, in strong partnership with Sanofi Digital & GTM-C.OmniChannel Marketing

Partner with Market Research, Competitive Intelligence and other teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, particularly as it pertains to customers' channel preferences and persona-specific behaviors.Lead development of the global omnichannel strategy and plan to support disease state education and branded tolebrutinib launch efforts.

Ensure that the global omnichannel plan leverages data (including currently available data and newly identified/sourced data), drives customer behavior shifts, and are activated through optimal personal/non-personal channels.Identify and incorporate omnichannel best practices, both externally and internally, to advance our go-to-market approach, channel experience and customers engagement.Lead and oversee the implementation of innovative digital content strategies, content editorial plan and content localization to enable customer engagement and create positive value impact on the business.

Partner with Country Marketing Teams and other Global Teams (e.g., Medical) to develop omnichannel execution roadmaps consistent with the global plan and oversee implementation.

Partner with Countries and Global Functions to ensure teams are trained and have the right capabilities/mind set in order to execute omnichannel initiatives.Establish best practice sharing across countries when it comes to implementation of omnichannel plans and innovative tactics.

Manage development, execution, and measurement of KPIs to evaluate global omnichannel performance. Synthesize insights and drive optimization of omnichannel plans to ensure highest ROI.Engage with digital teams to provide commercial oversight into the integration of technology systems, such as OneCRM.Lead media budget planning and manage media AOR.Monitor and Control

Monitor and review business performance in partnership with countries to identify need for actions to reach to targets.Manage budget to highest impact opportunities.Manage vendors including agency-of-record, particularly to ensure tactics are aligned to country omnichannel execution needs.Customer Engagement

Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with customers (e.g. physicians, KOLs, payers, and patient advocacy groups).About You

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing or business (MBA or Master's Degree Preferred)8-10 years pharma/biotech industry experience and 5+ years in product marketingDigital Marketing expertise: content sourcing & mapping per personas, support in the identification & development of customer journeys & disruptive omnichannel marketing campaigns.Experience with channel management and working with Media agencies to optimize customer experience and ROI of media buy.Hands-on experience with omnichannel technologies such as CMS, CRM, CLM, marketing automation and modular content.Preferred Qualifications
