SUMMARY

The Marketing and Digital Manager position involves not only overseeing all digital aspects, such as e-commerce sales, SMS sales, social media, business-to-business marketing, website management, and partnerships with third-party digital marketing sites, but also contributing directly to content creation and strategy implementation. The ideal candidate for this role is a versatile and forward-thinking marketer with a strong background in omnichannel marketing. This person will bring innovative marketing knowledge, strategic concepts, and leadership to help drive profitability and enhance brand equity. The Marketing and Digital Manager will collaborate closely with the DTC team and General Manager to support marketing efforts for the business's wholesale and direct-to-consumer segments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESConceptualize, create and support the execution of creative and forward-thinking marketing content for all marketing channels, including emails, websites, digital advertising, social media, wine club communications, and others. Ensure all content aligns with brand’s voice and strategic goals.Develop, execute, and report on a social media plan that supports our marketing strategy and looks for opportunities to enhance and grow our presence while staying true to brand standards.Lead and contribute to photo and video shoots to create high-quality content that is engaging, informative, consistent, and supports consumer messaging needs.Maintain the Gloria Ferrer website and CMS with accurate and current information, including but not limited to managing new product setup, promotions, and events.Look for opportunities to increase traffic through SEO optimization and utilize Google Analytics to improve website performance and inform strategy.Work closely with digital media vendors to create, monitor, and optimize digital advertising within budget. Collect reporting and utilize critical findings to inform strategy.Stay current with emerging opportunities in digital marketing to inform department priorities and strategy. Look for ways to evolve in this realm while staying true to our strong brand history.Clearly convey the brand voice and protect Gloria Ferrer’s brand standards in all digital marketing activities.Conducts consumer research and analysis on current and potential consumer base.Develop, execute, and measure the effectiveness of email and SMS marketing, ensuring these channels contribute to overall business growth.Supervisory & Leadership Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and develop the Marketing Specialist, providing appropriate autonomy and ownership while ensuring accountability.Consensus builder: Establish and lead cross-functional teams as required to drive the business forward.Other Responsibilities

Ensure that the positive Gloria Ferrer Culture is consistently supported in all business and employee interactions. This includes ethical and legal behaviors, plus compliance with state and federal law and GF policies and procedures.Meets regularly with the General Manager, DTC Director, and Finance Manager to discuss and review strategy, assess business progress, and results.Participates in industry and consumer events, seminars, and shows as necessaryOther duties as required.QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of winery experience and/or equivalent training and education.Demonstrated experience in a supervisor role with proven ability to lead and inspire a team.Proficiency in MS Office & Cloud Based applications.Excellent communication skills, with strong proficiency in reading, writing, math, and technology.Must have a valid driver’s license.Proven ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear and use hands for various tasks such as typing, handling objects, and reaching with arms.

$105,000 - $115,000 annual salary, plus KPI bonus.
