This individual would have complete control and authority to drive content development and strategy across Mitten Extract's digital ecosystem.As the Digital Marketing Manager, for Mitten Extracts, you will be responsible for digital content ideation, development, execution and measurement across the entire organization. If you enjoy operating in the gray with minimum supervision; if you are a research-persistent, data-driven, fiercely competitive self-starter; if you thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, this role is for you.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Development and execution of strategic digital marketing plan in collaboration with the broader marketing team and cross-functionals. The digital marketing plan will achieve financial targets and marketing KPIs through omni-channel digital experiences.Support holistic brand storytelling through cross-channel (social, web, email, SMS, 3rd party communications platforms, etc) content ecosystem. This includes development and distribution of all content on brand owned channels in collaboration with the Content Creator. This includes social media calendar, posting cadence, and relevant analytics.Monitor and report on day-to-day key digital metrics across all channels including ongoing and ad hoc reporting needs in order to optimize campaigns and drive savings in the form of efficiency. Lead the development of holistic reporting and insights for digital campaign work to report out to the CMO on a monthly basis on progress against marketing KPIs.Management of outside web and SEO agencies to maintain, update, and iterate on web experience, including briefing, managing timelines and budget, project delivery, and measurement against goals.Joint responsibility for delivery of volume, share, profit, budget, and brand equity goals.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field or the equivalent experience.Two to four years related marketing experience in a digital marketing or social media management role in CPG or alcohol/beverage. Cannabis experience a plus.Well versed in social media platforms (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc) and the types of content that perform.Proficient in GA4, google tag manager, social media measurement tools, SEO/SEM, email/SMS analytics, Microsoft Office suite.Data first mindset, extracting actionable insights from data that leads to better performing content and marketing activations.Reports to:
