Summary :The Director of Foundation Communications will oversee all internal and external communications for the ThedaCare Family of Foundations (TCFF) , ensuring our message is consistent and engaging. This role involves developing and implementing strategic communication plans to enhance donor awareness, donor relations, and fundraising efforts. Additionally, the Communications Director will supervise the annual giving program to maximize donor engagement and contributions.

Job Description:

Key Accountabilities

Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to support TCFF's mission, goals, and fundraising initiatives.Develop and maintain the foundation's brand identity, ensuring consistency with corporate branding across all communication channels.Develop and implement multi-channel communication strategies to engage with donors and secure philanthropic support.Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven decisions. Measures, analyzes, and reports ROI to continually optimize and improve communication activities.Promote fundraising events and key initiatives through various communication channels. Transforms strategic messages into powerful stories using words and visuals to create emotional connections.Develop and implement targeted communication plans to engage and retain donors.Oversee the annual giving program, including direct mail campaigns and multi-channel email outreach, with a focus on growth and meeting metrics.Supervise and collaborate with Regional Development Coordinator to grow communication efforts and outreach.Work closely with ThedaCare's Brand Marketing and marketing and outreach departments to ensure align of goals and communication strategies.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or related fieldFive years of leadership experience to include leading teams and major projectsPhysical Demands

Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistanceJob classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job dutiesWork Environment
