POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing Database Manager will oversee the organization’s marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and effective use to support marketing strategies. Responsibilities include managing data collection, storage, analysis, and reporting, collaborating with the marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. The role also involves training team members, integrating data from various sources, and recommending new tools to enhance database and marketing efforts.

This list of tasks is ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY and does not comprehensively list all functions and tasks performed by position in this class.• Provide exceptional guest service to external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the We-Ko-Pa Way: Smile and Greet, Name and Meet, Thank you and Goodbye.• Maintain and manage marketing databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.• Implement data governance policies and procedures.• Regularly update and clean databases to remove outdated or duplicate information.• Develop and oversee processes for data collection from various marketing channels.• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for marketing campaigns.• Create reports and dashboards to present data findings to the marketing team and senior management.• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide data insights for campaign planning and execution.• Segment and target audiences based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.• Track and report on campaign performance metrics.• Ensure seamless integration of data from different sources (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media, website analytics).• Work with IT and other departments to integrate marketing databases with other business systems.• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and company policies.• Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive information.• Oversee the use of database management tools and software.• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance database management and marketing efforts.• Train marketing team members on data management best practices and tools.• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for database-related issues.• Maintain relationships with pertinent marketing agencies.• Performs other duties as assigned.• Must be able to lift 10 pounds and push or pull 40 pounds• Must obtain and maintain a State/Tribal License (Including extensive background check).• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.• Must be 21 or older.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, data science, or a related field is preferred.• Must be proficient in Excel and Sequel systems.• Minimum
