Adorama is seeking a proactive Marketing Operations Manager to drive the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful campaigns and foster valuable vendor partnerships. As the Manager of Marketing Operations, you will successfully:

Report to the Director of Marketing Operations.Work closely with the marketing team and other departments, including merchandising, web, and store teams, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of marketing initiatives.Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at increasing site traffic and boosting conversions across Adorama's business, including targeted efforts for specific categories and brands.Work with marketing channel managers assigning campaign tickets through Jira, and ensure proper execution, including copywriting and proofreading.Manage marketing for the Trade and Student programs, driving marketing efforts to support growth and customer engagement.Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives for the NYC store and call center, as well as cross-promotional campaigns with Adorama's sister companies across multiple channels.Utilize analytics tools to evaluate marketing efforts and optimize campaigns for improved performance.Design and implement marketing strategies for the MDF (Market Development Funds) program, tailored to specific vendor partnerships.Oversee relationships with key vendors, ensuring that marketing activities align with their revenue targets and brand-building objectives.Keep up to date with industry trends and technological advancements, ensuring that our marketing processes remain relevant and effective.Job Requirements of the Manager of Marketing Operations

5+ years of successful experience in a similar marketing manager positionExpert at setting priorities, managing change, and altering objectives quicklyExperience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing campaignsExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsOrganized with great attention to detail, while producing desired results on timeCreates and maintains a positive work environment, and operates independently with little supervisionExcellent and confident communication (both written and oral) and active listening skills.Education and Technical Proficiencies:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldProficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Working Knowledge: Google Analytics, preferred working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics365, Jira, Looker, Photoshop

This role requires three on-site days weekly to ensure in-person collaboration, improved communication, effective teamwork, and real-time problem solving to enhance team synergy and productivity. A standard 40-hour work week is expected.

The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000. The rate will be determined based on overall skills and experience.
