Requirements
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications2+ years' experience in a business settingStrong project management and time management skillsKnowledge of various marketing tactics like social media, digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, website, etc.Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skillsMust work well with tight deadlines in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft 365 applicationsMinimal experience with graphic design applications like Canva, Adobe CC, and video applications, with a desire to learn basic graphic designJob Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
Assist with marketing team operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across a variety of marketing activities and initiativesExecute external and internal marketing initiatives by setting objectives, planning, organizing, and publishing contentCreate graphics for social media and other projects, under the supervision of the Digital DesignerWork with leadership team to assist with internal communications, events, and meetingsConduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing dataWork with outside agencies to plan, manage, and complete outsourced marketing projectsPhysical Demands
