What we're looking for

We are looking for a Sr. Revenue Marketing Manager with proven experience building and leading initiatives to drive qualified leads into the sales funnel and impact revenue goals. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels and programs including email campaigns, SEM/SEO, social, ABM, and webinars. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, and enjoys building strong cross-functional relationships and managing multiple stakeholders to deliver on key outcomes.

You will work closely with our sales team to generate demand, nurture leads, and accelerate our pipeline. We want someone that can understand and market to ICPs across both developer and enterprises audiences for B2B products.

You will be joining the Marketing Team and report to our Director of Product Marketing. This is a hybrid role based in either our New York City or Palo Alto office with in-office requirements of 2 days per week. The salary range for this role is $114,000-$158,000.What You'll Do

Develop and execute scalable campaigns and programs across paid, email, retargeting, content, and other channels to drive qualified leads into the sales funnelDrive account-based marketing efforts and campaigns to support outbound sales motions to target accountsWork alongside the sales team to optimize lead acquisition and accelerate revenue generationManage and optimize channels, campaigns, and acquisition strategies to nurture leads into active customersScale marketing efforts to generate predictable sales and PLG pipelineMeasure, analyze, and share campaign and program performance to understand ROI and identify new opportunitiesBuild a deep understanding of our target audience and market to inform acquisition strategyPartner with event marketing to create and deliver on successful campaigns and eventsWhat You'll NeedYou have a deep understanding of revenue/demand marketing strategies including paid acquisition, email marketing, and ABMYou've crafted compelling campaign strategies and messaging to engage developer and enterprise audiencesYou enjoy collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and EngineeringYou effectively drive alignment and resolve ambiguity to move complex initiatives forward in a fast-paced environmentYou have a data-informed approach to developing and testing campaigns, channels, and programsYou're creative and eager to try new strategies and tactics to uncover growth opportunitiesYou have hands-on experience with marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, etc.)You have experience marketing B2B products to a technical audience7+ years in revenue/demand marketing, product marketing, or related marketing discipline with an emphasis on driving revenue outcomesBenefits and Perks
