The SEO Specialist will be responsible for implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, analytics, and keyword research. They will work closely with the content and web development teams to ensure that SEO best practices are properly implemented. This Specialist will work under the direction of the Performance Marketing Manager.

Job Responsibilities• Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content creation and optimize existing content.• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website pages for search engines, including meta tags, headers, alt text, URL structures, and internal linking.• Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with targeted keywords and business objectives.• Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and page speed improvements.• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console). Generate and present regular performance reports.• Link Building: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.• Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field2-3 years of experience in SEO building, both national and local, to drive both website traffic and store trafficSuperior content writing skills and ability to build compelling customer-driven, search-engine friendly, contentStrong project management, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProficient in data analytics to determine important data and ability to suggest improvementsSolid presentation skills in both preparing reports as well as sharing leadership readoutsDemonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment while effectively managing multiple tasks is requiredExcellent communication and collaboration skillsWe Offer You:
