Reporting to the Director of Business Analytics, the Senior Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for analyzing website data, marketing campaigns, user behavior, and purchase pathways to identify strategic insights and implement activities to increase customer conversion rates and improve marketing performance. This position brings strong project management skills, multichannel thinking, organization, analytical aptitude, teamwork and confident leadership to every problem or opportunity.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Utilize Google Analytics and other relevant tools to collect and analyze data related to website and app traffic, user engagement, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.Utilize Google Tag Manager to identify events and success measures to correctly track the business, as well as maintain the UTM/tracking structure to accurately measure marketing channel performance.Provide reporting, analysis and insights across all channels, including email, paid media, push notifications, web, and app to inform stakeholders of campaign performance and optimization opportunities.Develop and implement A/B tests and other experiments to optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and product displays.Maintain ongoing monitoring dashboards and support stakeholders in self-service of information from baseline dashboards to drive data driven decision making.Analyze online user behavior and optimize the customer journey to increase conversion rates.Utilize HubSpot's analytics tools to monitor campaign data, conversion rates, lead generation, and other key performance metrics. Develop and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights.SEO Analytics (Bing, Google) etcOther duties as required.The right candidate:

Has proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or similar role, with a track record of driving data-based improvements.Be an expert in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.Has experience with HubSpot, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and other relevant analytics tools.Can create dashboards and deliver insights to stakeholders.Demonstrate problem solving and creative skills.Communicate effectively with globally distributed teams, in various time zones.Keep a positive, but realistic, attitude even under pressure.Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is required.3-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or similar role.Experienced Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager user.Good technical problem solving and interpersonal skills necessary to assist others in problem resolution.Able to work in a fast paced, team environment.Excellent oral and written communications skills.Workplace Setting:

This is a hybrid role spending 3 days per week on-site at the corporate offices in Tampa, FL
