The Executive Communications Manager will be responsible for executive communications support for the President of Aurora Health Care. Focus is on providing creative, strategic and comprehensive communication to elevate Aurora Health Care. Leader will be accountable for executive communications support (both internal and external) and other key organizational initiatives to drive growth. This is a remote first role with travel within the assigned territory (Milwaukee) 1-2x's a week.

Major Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development and execution of an executive communications strategy, to ensure effective communication across the organization in support of business goals and objectives. Plans, directs and organizes content for publications and communications in support of the organization's multi-faceted content strategy. Speechwriting for various audiences and events that are both internal and external. Drives collaboration with all departments on broad, digital first communication approach to internal and external audiences. Oversees the design, production and distribution of communication through various vehicles and platforms. Plan for and respond quickly and effectively in the event of a crisis.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

None Required.

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree in public relations, Communications, Journalism or related field.

Experience Required:

Typically requires 7 years of experience in in supporting public affairs, public relations, internal communications or issues management.
