The

Sales and Marketing Admin

will perform the administrative functions in support of the sales and estimating team for Landmark's Water division. This is a hybrid position.

Essential Functions:

Database Management:

Capture, maintain, and update client and project databases with accuracy and efficiency.Tradeshow Coordination:

Manage all aspects of tradeshow planning, including logistics, booth setup, promotional materials, and follow-up.Project Coordination:

Track multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on schedule.Lead Generation:

Prospect for potential projects through comprehensive internet searches and industry reporting services.Presentation Preparation:

Create and refine presentation materials for client meetings, including PowerPoint presentations and other visual aids.Client Communications:

Compile and distribute marketing literature to clients via email, mail, and other methods.Media Reporting:

Transcribe and summarize digital media reports, ensuring relevant information is communicated to the sales team.Proposal Documentation:

Format and finalize proposals in Microsoft Word, ensuring all required information is included and presented professionally.Document Control:

Manage document filing systems to track and store all bid activities and project-related documents.Basic Graphic Design:

Utilize Adobe Photoshop to create and edit basic visual aids and images to support bid presentations.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
