Marketing Director

General Summary:

This position works under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer. Responsible for the overall Marketing Strategy and communication program. Includes Youth Home, Inc. and Behavioral Health Services of Arkansas.

Duties & Responsibilities:Oversees development and implementation of marketing strategies.Creates, implements, and oversees communication programs both internal and external that effectively describe and promote the agency.Plans, directs, and coordinates marketing budgets.Oversees agency website management and content, social media platforms, and e-mail marketing as well as provides analytics review.Designs, maintains, and updates agency collateral for digital and print outlets.Oversees ordering and development of agency promotional items.Works with team members to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing services.Other duties as outlined by the Chief Executive OfficerQualifications

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong written and verbal skills; ability to read, analyze and interpret professional journals, technical procedures and government regulationsAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, patients, licensed associates and the general publicAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusionsBasic understanding of calculation of figures for use in patient statistics and accounting and billing procedures

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred. Strong management and leadership experience. Experience in design software programs such as Adobe InDesign and Illustrator desired. Experience working in a medical setting and knowledge of state, federal and Joint Commission regulations preferred. Strong multitasking skills required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Team members are required to sit, stand, talk, see, walk and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to personally restrain patients. Must maintain a current tuberculosis skin test. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Founded in 1966, Youth Home, Inc., located in Little Rock, Arkansas, is a private non-profit mental health provider. In the mid-1980's, Youth Home's program developed into a medical model directed by child and adolescent psychiatrists. Our continuum of care includes adolescent intensive residential and qualified residential treatment, specialty tracks, and school-based services, as well as outpatient services for individuals of all ages. Youth Home, Inc. is accredited by The Joint Commission, the nation's oldest and largest accrediting body for healthcare providers.
