Pepper is a DTC fast-growing, unabashedly confident bra brand intentionally designed to celebrate small chested bodies in all their glory. We're on a mission to empower small-chested women of all body types to embrace the flat in flattering. Since launching our 470% funded Kickstarter in 2017, we've sold more than a million bras in 2022 alone, and have gone viral and been featured in Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Forbes, Oprah Daily, Vogue and many more.

As an Associate Designer you will be an integral part of the product team and have a huge impact on developing game-changing, fit-perfected products to a category of women that is underserved.

Responsibilities:

Track to seasonal deadlines according to development calendarAssist in seasonal trend research for new product launchesMaintain color CADs of Core and Seasonal linesheetsCreate detailed flat sketches for initial proto developmentInitiate production tech packs/BOMs for overseas factoriesAttend and participate in weekly fittings. Ensure changes/updates are executed within tech packsReview fit, PP and TOP samples to ensure design intent/standards are metReview and comment on factory branding layouts with precision to ensure submits are standardizedReceive and comment on all lab dips, strike offs and bulk submitsManage physical fabric, trim and sample library in NY officeRequirements
