Description

Bollinger Motors is seeking a Marketing Analytics & Website Coordinator to catalog, manage and optimize Bollinger Motors' marketing performance, and ensure a top-performing website. This position reports to the Marketing Director. This is an in-person role at the company's Oak Park, MI headquarters.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing AnalyticsAudit and optimize our analytics tools, processes and performanceSet up and optimize integrations with any new feeds from a variety of marketing toolsDevelop an integrated marketing performance dashboard to enable topline view of marketing performanceContribute to and support testing programsWebsite ManagementEnsure website platform remains current and optimized for performancePerform scans for security, performance, tool/integration and content issues, and recommend remediationsUtilize site analytics to identify and drive performance improvementsMonitor website traffic, conversion rates, and search engine rankings to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts.Conduct regular website audits to identify SEO opportunities and areas for improvementContribute to optimizing website content, including titles, descriptions, and headings, for targeted keywords.Collaborate with content creators and marketing team members to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content and website updates.Requirements

Bachelor's degree or relevant job experience in marketing, communications, computer science or a related field.Marketing Analytics: 2+ years' experience, including technical implementationStrong understanding of, and experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or other platformsExperience integrating multiple data sources/flowsExperience building and managing integrated marketing dashboardsFamiliarity with Salesforce is a plus1-2 years of experience with website platform development and managementWordPress experience preferred (or similar CMS)Ability to integrate tools, and implement tracking tagsKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plusExperience and familiarity with digital advertising and/or SEM a plusExcellent project management and collaboration skills.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and algorithm changes.
