Overall Purpose of the Job:

Are you a data-driven marketing professional with a passion for creating impactful digital advertising campaigns across the B2B and B2C spaces? We are seeking a talented SEM/Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our digital strategy, leveraging your expertise to drive targeted traffic, enhance customer engagement, and optimize ROI across various advertising platforms.

As an SEM/Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, optimizing, and managing our US & European paid search and display advertising campaigns across various products. Your primary goal will be to maximise the performance and efficiency of our paid ads, ensuring they align with our business objectives and deliver measurable results. This involves conducting thorough keyword research, crafting compelling ad copy, and continuously analyzing campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement. Your analytical skills and creative insights will be crucial in developing strategies that boost conversion rates and expand our online presence.

In addition to campaign management, you will collaborate closely with our broader Marketing Team to develop integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. Your role will also involve staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and competitive. If you have a proven track record in SEM and paid advertising, ideally have deployed Ads globally across various countries or regions, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for problem-solving, we would love to hear from you.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Paid Search Campaigns:

Develop and execute global paid search campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).Select appropriate channels, build campaign structure, SEM tactics and campaign objectives based on company needs.Create, monitor and optimize P-Max campaigns.Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management.Manage day-to-day campaigns, monitor and optimize campaigns' performance, including CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.Optimize the proper bidding strategy for campaigns.Experience with UTM tracking parameters and implementation.Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage tags and pixel implementation related to paid media efforts.Monitor budget allocation and adjust as needed.Understanding SEO strategies and website optimizations.Display Advertising:

Manage display ad campaigns (banner ads, retargeting, etc.).Collaborate with design team to create visually appealing ads.A/B test creatives and landing pages.Social Ads (LinkedIn):

Create and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns.Target specific professional audiences based on job titles, industries, and interests.Craft compelling ad copy tailored for LinkedIn's platform.Analytics and Reporting:

Regularly analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Provide actionable insights to enhance performance.Ensure consistency in execution of all UTM tracking parameters to effectively categorize and measure campaign performance.Develops periodical reports and presentation materials for global teams and adapt based on feedbackA/B Testing: Experience running tests to improve campaign performance.Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO):

Implement CRO strategies to improve landing page experience and conversion rates.Conduct A/B tests and multivariate tests.Competitor Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies.Adjust campaigns based on the competitive landscape.Stay Current with Industry Trends and Best Practices:

Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing, design, digital communications, and learning and development.Share insights and knowledge with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.Monitor SEM/Paid Search digital trends and technologies to continually improve, innovate, and maintain knowledge-based advantageAdditional Responsibilities:

Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Proficiency in managing paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, BingAds, and others.Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads EditorSocial Advertising: Experience with social ad platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit) and understanding of audience targeting, ad formats, and bidding strategies.Analytics and Data Interpretation: Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Knowledge of CRO techniques to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.Competitor Analysis: Familiarity with monitoring competitors' strategies and adjusting campaigns accordingly.Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (content, design, analytics).Detail-oriented and quality consciousFast learner that proactively tackles challengesTeam player with a strong customer-focus orientationAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising qualityGood organisational skills, ability to prioritise and demonstrate flexibility in responding to a range of demandsProficiency with Excel, including Pivot Tables, Vlookups, conditional formatting etcHands on experience with campaign execution, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management.Qualifications:

Required Work Experience:

5-7 years of paid search/SEM experience, including 3+ years in an agency settingGoogle Ads Certification is a plusMicrosoft Ads Certification is a plusEducation:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, graphic design, or related field.Required Languages:
