Overview:Exploit marketing opportunities and analytics to enhance the perception and sales of client's Nashville artists.Duties include maintaining official artist and label properties, overseeing social networking activities, spearheading data acquisition, assisting with online promotions and positioning, utilizing advancing technologies, building new platforms, and reporting consumer and market trends.

Responsibilities

Work with digital product managers to help develop, execute, and maintain digital marketing campaigns and plans for specified artist rosterAssist creating and executing online advertising campaigns, including post-campaign ad reportsManage artist accounts and logins across specified roster using the client's password management toolTrack relevant artist anniversaries, holidays, events, birthdays, etc. for campaign brainstormingOversee social, website, and link optimizations (verifications, sounds, boosts, Beacons, Linkfire, etc)Oversee internal/external content requests, uploads, and asset management (video cutdowns, banners, pre-order/available now assets, ad assets, liners, stickers, GIF's, etc.)Work as the main liaison with CLIENT'S college team to launch single/video/album initiativesWork with third parties to create interactive pages, filters, and other AR/VR contentManage partner pages as necessary to ensure updated links, videos, bios, video descriptions and imagingTrack performance trends across partner platforms and make recommendations to artist teamsCreate presentation decks and documents for campaigns, promotions and company pitchesBrainstorm and aid in the creation and development of new label initiatives and platformsWork cross-departmentally on various company and brand activationsPull analytics and social data for brand partnerships post-campaign reportsOversee data acquisition campaigns, promotions, uploads, and procurement cadence for optimal successCreate and manage content for official CLIENT'S Nashville and specified artist websites as neededAssist in the weekly CLIENT'S Nashville newsletter and SMS messaging creation and distributionAssist in the marketing of CLIENT'S Nashville merchandise and label/artist e-commerce websitesHelp maintain growth strategies for all email lists, CRM, and SMS campaignsCoordinate meetings and correspondence with internal teams, third party partners, and influencersFacilitate SOW and final contracts for third party agencies and influencersOperate as a liaison with the research and reporting department to track and provide analyticsProcess department invoices and expense reports as the main liaison with accounts payableCoordinate travel and/or communication with artists, contest winners and staff on an as-needed basisOversee influencer and contest winner ticket requests via the CLIENT'S ticket portalDevelop new distribution strategies and long-term goals/plans to overcome obstacles and competition

Preferred Experience:

College Degree, Certificate, or equivalent work experienceKnowledge in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, and graphic design preferredStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize effectively within a fast-past environmentAbility to carry out projects/tasks with limited supervisionStrong organizational and computer skillsA passion for working in the music industry
