Medela is adding an Associate Product Marketing Manager to their team.

-This is a dynamic role where you will be exposed to different channels and will experience continual growth in your knowledge and abilities.

Medela's US-based manufacturing

and development facility is headquartered in

McHenry, Illinois.

This position requires an on-site presence in McHenry, IL three to four days a week.

Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferredMinimum of two years of experience in a marketing or related role is preferred.Independent solid project management, project execution capabilities and organizational skills requiredComputer proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to read, understand and communicate in EnglishAbility to manage multiple conflicting prioritiesTravel, up to 10%. Support assigned category in maximizing product portfolio to drive sales through down-stream marketing activities such as portfolio planning, life-cycle management, positioning, marketing activation planning & execution, operations, document control, and other classical down-stream marketing activitiesAssist in developing category strategy by defining and executing category analysis of the market, including competitive analysis, end-user trends and needs, and other essential stakeholder requirements internally and externally.Execute projects and assignments set by the Product Marketing Manager (PMM)Identifies local market portfolio gaps and opportunities and will be expected to develop logical and thorough recommendations and inputs for business case for development consideration, or innovation supportWork collaboratively with cross-functional partners to realize market potential for the assigned product segmentAssist in developing annual business plans and budgets for the assigned MUSA product portfolioRegularly obtain and review dollar and unit sales performance of all products managed and use this data for:New and existing product recommendations to managementCompetitive analysisFinancial analysis, such as sales and profitability analysis
