About the Role

The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing cohesive marketing strategies that leverage multiple channels and touchpoints to achieve business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of both strategic and operational aspects of marketing, ensuring that all marketing activities are aligned and optimized. The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive success. This role involves coordinating marketing efforts across various channels to ensure consistent messaging, optimizing campaign performance, and driving brand awareness and engagement.Develop comprehensive, integrated promotional marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Marketing, Finance, Analytics and Merchandise Planning to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Plan and execute multi-channel promotional marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, email, and events.Ensure that all marketing activities are integrated and consistent across channels to maximize impact and reach.Identify consumer moments, trends, and insights to guide future marketing strategies and improve.Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content and creative assets that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to develop and refine marketing materials to achieve alignment with the strategic objectives.Track and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools and platforms.Prepare and present regular reports on campaign results, ROI, and key metrics to inform strategic decisions.Monitor and manage campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Work closely with marketing, finance, analytics, sales, product, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.Serve as a liaison between marketing teams and external agencies or vendors.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve marketing strategies.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on integrated marketing strategies, promotions, and campaign managementProven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance reporting.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.Detail-oriented and able to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
