The Role

We’re looking for a talented performance marketer with experience running cost-effective lead generation and sales-focused campaigns to execute on growth and lead generation initiatives on our paid social media channels. This role is perfect for a self-starter who is driven to succeed and is looking to build their professional career by rapidly growing marketing channels.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in managing the paid social marketing channels to achieve performance targets and support channel growth.

Collaborate on developing and running lead generation campaigns for Vivint’s in-house sales team, focusing on driving cost-effective installations.

Support the execution of strategies, objectives, and goals for paid social marketing platforms and programs designed to increase leads, sales, and installations of Vivint systems.

Help ideate, implement, and manage paid social media marketing campaigns on multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Build and maintain multiple advertising campaigns targeting audiences at different stages of the marketing/sales funnel within each channel.

Assist in discovering, building, and testing new audience segments for more granular advertising.

Coordinate marketing campaigns and promo calendars.

Contribute to storyboarding and developing creative concepts for various audiences, ad sets, and campaigns for messages and formats that resonate with target audiences.

Prepare detailed creative briefs for the project manager, creative team, and marketing operations team to ensure ad campaigns are executed from start to finish according to campaign needs, including creative development, tag/pixel implementation, attribution tracking/reporting, and compliance alignment.

Regularly collaborate with the creative team to review performance and ideate new tests and ad improvements.

Write engaging and sales-driven marketing copy for digital ads.

Manage budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep spend optimized for sales growth while meeting target ROI parameters.

Maintain active relationships and hold regular meetings with account representatives from major advertising platforms to make strategic adjustments to advertising strategies and campaigns.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly tracking and data analysis on the performance of each channel, campaign, ad set, and ad campaign.

Assist in building out the paid social media portfolio by testing new paid social media platforms and marketing products to increase leads and overall business installation volume.

Monitor and conduct regular audits to optimize marketing campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to drive more leads, sales, and installs.

Work with the Analytics team to ensure leads and sales are properly attributed to paid social media campaigns.

Collaborate with the conversion rate optimization and sales teams to brainstorm and implement new strategies to improve response rates and sales conversion rates for lead sources in the paid social media portfolio.

Collaborate with the Organic Social Media, Influencer, and Customer Support teams to ensure social media efforts are consistent and synced across multiple areas.

Assist with copywriting and editing, as well as minor photo editing such as resizing.

Research tools and other technologies that will increase performance.

Requirements

2-3 years of professional experience in paid social media marketing. Lead generation experience is preferred.

BA/BS in marketing, public relations, or communications, or equivalent working experience.

Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

Proficiency with managing paid social media platforms.

Ability to learn quickly, adapt to regular changes in objectives, algorithms, and market conditions, and develop new strategies and tactics.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
