We offer an integrated payments solutions to manage to process a high volume of payments flowing through the software at a retail or wholesale level.

About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and demand within sets of target accounts through expertise in digital paid media: search and display advertising, paid social, retargeting, and content syndication. Optimization and management of campaigns across digital platforms, analyzing metrics and KPIs, and running and tracking tests will be the primary day-to-day responsibilities and will ensure the long-term success of Quilt's digital campaigns.

Day in the Life:Be a subject matter expert on digital paid media strategies, trends, tools, and capabilitiesExecute digital paid advertising with the goal of creating touchpoints throughout thebuyer's journey: generating awareness, engagement, and demandManage a set of digital channels (paid search, paid social, display media, contentsyndication) to specific audience segments, understand how these channels interactholistically with other channelsManage a marketing budget against a set of KPIs and lead gen objectives with a focuson funnel conversionWork with the different company brands to execute collaborative campaignsEnsure messaging is on-brand and on-target for the audience, the channel, andcampaign objectivesWho You Are:

Strong background in various paid channels: search, display, video, native, and socialHighly analytical approach to implementing, testing, and analyzing campaignsComfortable working with large budgetsPrevious track record of success in paid media channelsSomeone with a results-driven mindset with a bias for actionAbility to meet deadlines and exceed expectationsStrong background in testing and optimizationHighly creative and empathetic to create advertising that will resonate with the targetaudienceAbility to articulate complex topics in an understandable mannerAble to collaborate across teams to get work doneExcellent communicator, creative thinker, and organizedSelf-motivated, team player, experimental, sense of humor, confidentSASS Experience preferredExperience utilizing HubSpot or another CRM for paid marketing effortsStrong experience with Google Ads or Tag Manager platformsSalesforce ExperienceRequirements:

4+ years in digital marketing and direct response campaignsStrong familiarity with the Google Ads platformExperience with MS Excel3+ years managing a budget to meet objectivesBackground running statistical analysis to inform database marketing and understandcampaign metricsWhat We Offer:
