CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, Exempt, Benefits Eligible

COMPENSATION:

$70,000 per year, plus the ability to earn up to an additional 20% of salary in performance bonuses

The Community Manager is the top site-level position at Redstone Residential and is responsible for all aspects of property operation. The Community Manager reports to the Regional Manager, who operates out of the corporate office. The Community Manager strives to achieve all operational and financial goals for the property.

Monitor Redstone Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on-siteManage the property to the approved operating budgetOversee the lease-up of the propertyCollect rent and manage delinquencySubmit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone.Create a positive environment that enhances the experience for our residentsBuild and maintain relationships with campus and community resourcesPromote and emphasize outstanding customer service through staff training and ongoing job performance evaluationsWork collaboratively with other staff members in a highly entrepreneurial environment.Manage projects ranging from marketing initiatives to construction projectsEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of student housing or multifamily property management experience required.2+ years of property management or hospitality experience preferred.Ability to use and quickly learn technology - Google Apps, Microsoft Office, cloud-based management and dashboarding softwareAbility to manage projects and multitask several processes at once under stressful conditionsExperience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plusDetail-oriented work ethic, experience managing a budget, P&L ownershipTeam Player - able to inspire team members to high levels of performance and to provide constructive feedback as needed"Client-ready" professional demeanor and presentation. Previous client interface experience is required.
