We are seeking a detail-oriented temporary Proposal Writer to join a great engineering and manufacturing firm. In this role, you will collaborate with technical experts to develop compelling proposals that clearly convey our capabilities in response to RFPs and RFQs. The ideal candidate has great writing skills, experience in proposal management, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. salary: $33 - $36 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Develop, write, and edit comprehensive proposals in response to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Quotations), ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
Collaborate closely with technical teams, project managers, and subject matter experts to gather and synthesize technical information and translate it into clear, compelling proposal content.
Coordinate the proposal process, including managing timelines, assigning tasks, and ensuring all deadlines are met, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
Review and revise proposal drafts to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with all solicitation requirements and industry standards.
Assist in maintaining and updating a repository of proposal content, including templates, boilerplate text, and case studies, to streamline future proposal development.
Support post-submission activities such as debriefing and proposal analysis, providing insights for continuous improvement in the proposal development process.
