We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Administrator to join our team temporarily (3 Months). The role is part-time Tuesday-Thursday for 24 hours per week. In this role, you will support our website's growth through accurate data input and image management. Responsibilities include maintaining our digital product catalog, updating product data (titles, descriptions, images, metadata), managing inventory changes, and assisting with website merchandising. Experience in E-Commerce, Excel, and Adobe Photoshop is preferred. If you're a team player with excellent time management skills and a passion for upholding brand standards, now! A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred.

salary: $24.99 - $25 per hour

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the digital product catalog by adding new product to the site. Updating existing product data, including product titles, descriptions, images, meta data and alt tags and all other applicable product attributes (Ensuring quality of data entry)

Work with the Channel Manager to track and prioritize the status of discontinued and incoming inventory to ensure products is accurate and live on site in a timely manner.

Assist with merchandising website, to grow Key Performance Indicators, ultimately driving a better experience & optimal sales performance

Maintain and organize library of images, with correct permissions, descriptions, tagging in the Digital Asset Management system

Ensure all images are loaded to correct sizing to support website, print and marketing collateral

Ensure that all site product content is current, relevant, accurate, engaging and optimized for organic search

Support website with daily administrative tasks

Skills
