Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Plans and implements promotional content across multiple touchpoints on LEGO.com in collaboration with Global Ecommerce, Marketing Promotions, Shopper Marketing Communications, Merchandising and Content Management agency teams to deliver the best shopper experience across 35 countries and 21 languages.

Develops and communicates detailed schedules for promotional content across LEGO.com - touch points include product details pages, product listing pages, site wide banner, free delivery page and offers page.

Maintains a well-rounded view of the overall execution of promotions on LEGO.com and regularly performs live site checks to ensure that the content and shopper journey is correct.

Drives quick resolution of live promotional content issues while also identifying root causein order tominimize future issues.

Drives improvement of the end-to-end promotional content process in collaboration with Global Ecommerce, Marketing Promotions, Shopper Marketing Communications and Content Management Agency teams.

In collaboration with the Trading Optimization and Marketing Promotions teams, performs in-depth analysis of promotions on LEGO.com to deliver insights and findings that can be incorporated into future promotions.

Partners with the Senior Digital Promotions manager to support implementation of new promotions engine.

Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce Content Strategy and Operations and working alongside global colleagues, this roleis responsible forensuring operational excellence of the promotional content experience.

3+ years ecommerce experience preferably in a global, direct to consumer environment

1+years experiencewith digital content management

Experience with content management and promotion engine platforms likecontentstackandTalon.Onepreferred

An enthusiastic, positive approach and determination to overcome obstacles, solve problems and deliver results with a focus on quality, efficiency, and operational excellence

Open, collaborative communication style, with experience working globally across cultures and time zones to build connected, sustainable relationships regardless of organizational structure

Proven data driven, user centric approach to content strategy and performance; solid understanding of ecommerce analytics and tools like Adobe Analytics

Passion for developing a deep understanding of shopper needs throughout the shopping journey, and enthusiasm for exceeding shopper expectations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in engaging partners at all levels

Proficient use of MS Office 365 tools and platforms

The salary for this position has a range of

$97,400 - $146,200 USD

based onanticipatedresponsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.The comprehensiveremunerationdetails, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.

This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston St or 10 St. James Street in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.
