Facetune, Lightricks' flagship photo & video selfie editing app, is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media and Community Manager to elevate our brand presence and engage with our diverse user base of content creators, influencers, and social media enthusiasts.What you will be doing:Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, increasing our organic presence and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and other relevant platformsCreate engaging, content that showcases Facetune's features that inspire and educate usersManage and grow our online community, fostering a positive environment for users to share their creations and techniquesCollaborate with the marketing team to align social efforts with app updates, feature launches, and broader campaignsStay ahead of social media trends, particularly in visual content creation and photo editingAnalyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reportsOrganize and manage challenges, contests, and user-generated content campaignsCultivate relationships with influencers and power users to expand our reach and showcase advanced Facetune techniquesYour skills and experience:3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably for a consumer app or in the beauty spaceProven track record of growing engaged social media communitiesCreated and executed social media campaigns that reached new usersShowcase the use of social media in supporting horizontal marketing effortsHands-on experience with photo editing apps, like FacetuneStrong content creation skillsExperience with social media management and analytics toolsFamiliarity with influencer marketing and user-generated content campaignsA data-driven approach to strategy and content creationA strong familiarity with pop culture, celebrities, and fashion trends - an advantageKey qualities:Creative visionary with a passion for visual storytelling and photo editingExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse online communitiesProactive problem-solver with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentAdaptable and eager to learn new features, techniques, and trends in photo editingBenefits:Expected salary range is $90,000-$120,000Stock options.Health/dental/vision with majority of premiums paid by the company.401k with company match.
