Senior Manager, Infrastructure Product Marketing

Job Overview:The Arm Product Marketing team oversees all product and partner marketing initiatives across the various market segments targeted by Arm's technology and enterprises. Our objective is to craft the technology and business narratives for Arm. This role is focused on the Infrastructure marketing segments (cloud & datacenter servers, wired and wireless networking infrastructure, High Performance Computing (HPC).Responsibilities:Crafting exceptional product marketing messages for the promotion and launch of Arm Neoverse and additional infrastructure products.Deliver goals, priorities, and overall messages for Infrastructure Product Marketing.Building effective technical marketing relationships internally with the Infrastructure line of business, engineering and other Arm marketing functions; and with external ecosystem partners to ensure our expertly promoted, launched and business goals are met.Collaborate throughout the business and the partnership to understand market requirements and value propositions, to ensure Arm Infrastructure products are positioned most impactfully to the most influential audiences in our target markets.Required Skills and Experience:Strong understanding of one or more Infrastructure market segments (Cloud, Enterprise Data Center, HPC, Wired/Wireless Networking) and related business models and ecosystem.Technical understanding of Infrastructure relevant computing platforms (general purpose CPU, accelerated computing including DPU/NPU/GPU, etc) and one or more relevant software ecosystems (cloud native, artificial intelligence/machine learning, SAAS/PAAS, HPC and scientific computing, on-prem enterprise datacenter software, etc).Ability to synthesize and analyse product features from Segment/GTM, product and solution management to develop the key value propositions that drive Arm's significance to partners and other key audiences.Experience creating outstanding messages and collateral across a broad range of channels, from PowerPoint to blogs and web-based tools.Ability to engage and build strong relationships with ecosystem partners to drive joint announcements, activities, and marketing campaigns.“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:Background in technology marketing with demonstrated ability in a technology company.Specific knowledge and experience with Arm Infrastructure technologies (Neoverse CSS or CPU IP, etc).Experience of networking with go-to-market/segment contacts at relevant Infrastructure ecosystem partners (silicon providers, cloud service providers, OS/ISV ecosystem, ODM/OEM manufacturers, etc).Excellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking to peer extending to executive level.Ability to work collaboratively across the organization and across different lines of businesses.Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.In Return:People who work for Arm love the things that make it special.
