If this sounds outstanding to you, take the first step forward and explore a career with Dal-Tile.**Job Objective:**The Sr Marketing Specialist is a high performing contributor that serves as a marketing subject matter expert and works to facilitate and support marketing functions and projects. This role is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of various marketing activities.**Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:**Support marketing campaigns as part of the strategic annual plan to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets.Facilitate day-to-day marketing support for various teams as directed.Work closely with e-commerce team to understand channel needs and make recommendations to achieve sales goals.Oversee the development/execution of product photography and room scene creation to align with brand positioning and channel requirements.Manage development of creative elements such as product naming, copywriting, and digital/video content.Provide timely proofing, fact checking, editing, and formatting guidance to internal teams during the creation of marketing materials.Oversee e-commerce channel advertising strategy and execution. Learn, collaborate, analyze, and review products to increase traffic and drive conversions.Help develop and maintain e-commerce platforms including but not limited to account updates, asset uploads, accurate and consistent data inputs, and improved SEO optimization based on market research.Work with internal team to help update and maintain accurate and organized digital assets in central location.Participate in the concepting, design, and execution of new point-of-purchase display programs and merchandising tools.Assist with regular inventory monitoring and reporting of merchandising tools.Collaborate with internal teams on merchandising production and marketing collateral development.Support cross-functional team inquiries related to inventory availability, approval requests, and merchandising.Assist with organization and updating of corporate display showroom as needed.Help create and update standard operating procedures as needed.Influence others on company policy and procedure to resolve a wide range of issues.Recognized within team or departmental area as a subject matter expert and coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals.Make process and business decisions based on understanding of company and customer as well as industry practices, standards, and trends.Find ways to assess and apply innovative ideas to enhance business results.Successfully lead after-action reviews to identify, document, and share lessons learned.Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate technical, system, and process improvements.Perform other duties as needed.**Required Experience and Education:**Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.**Competencies:**Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline.Excellent communication, project management, problem solving, and organizational skills.Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.**Other Pertinent Job Information:**Disclaimer: It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job.We offer competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, career opportunities, and an environment of creativity and growth.
