The District Marketing Team provides comprehensive, in-house digital marketing services. In this position, the Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with marketing leadership and the creative services team to develop, implement, and oversee robust digital marketing campaigns for the system's portfolio of 11 brands.

Key responsibilities include creating and managing advertisements to enhance brand visibility across digital platforms, fostering engagement, increasing traffic, generating leads, and optimizing conversions. The Digital Marketing Manager will work with marketing teams and key stakeholders to ensure cohesive alignment and successful strategy execution, this includes measuring ROI and the effectiveness of campaigns and leveraging analytical skills to provide strategic guidance and recommendations for areas of improvement.

Essential Functions

50% Implement and manage digital marketing strategies, projects, and campaigns to achieve marketing goals and objectives. Create, build, and manage digital ads across various platforms and media channels, such as search engines, social media, DSP, and other online channels, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Hulu, etc.

20% Collaborate with content creators, key stakeholders, and college marketing teams to develop engaging, relevant content and create personalized, targeted ads for multiple digital channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, voice, and identity.

15% Proficient in analytic tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights. This includes measuring ROI and the effectiveness of campaigns and leveraging analytical skills to provide strategic guidance and recommendations for areas of improvement. Responsible for reporting actionable market and insights, tracking and analyzing the performance of activities, and supporting strategic decision-making through data analysis.

10% Budget management, allocating and managing digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve campaign objectives.

5% Conduct market research, identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in marketing, public relations, communication, business or related field and of two (2) years of experience providing journey level digital advertising management coordination and assistance including preparing reports, maintaining records, tracking budgets, performing research and assisting with communication.

OR

High School Diploma or GED and of four (4) years of experience providing journey level digital advertising management coordination and assistance including preparing reports, maintaining records, tracking budgets, performing research and assisting with communication.

Desired Qualifications

A. Five or more years of experience across multiple digital channels, encompassing search engines, social media platforms, and online platforms. Proficient in digital platform-specific: Google Ads and Meta Business SuiteB. Five or more years of experience CRMs, websites, and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads platform, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot).C. Five or more years of experience working with multi-level organizational leadership, in cross-functional teams, working both in a team and independently as needed.D. Outstanding communication skills, and experience developing and editing high-quality written materials, including advertisements, client communications, and reports.E. Master's Degree in related field

Work is routinely performed in an indoor, office environment but may be required to be out in the elements as needed.
