You will wear many hats, be highly organized, and optimally engage and communicate with multiple collaborators on all projects.This dynamic leader will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing, design, and merchandising activities across Wolfgang Puck Catering to drive growth and continuously improve the guest experience. The role is based in our Los Angeles Headquarters, reporting to the Vice President of Strategy & Marketing. We will count on you to work with cross-functional teams of professionals across our catering, workplace, and venue clients. Candidates will have an outstanding background in marketing management with demonstrated ability to build brand awareness that improves company sales and profitability.Key responsibilities include:Delivering national marketing strategies and plans to drive operational and hospitality excellence.Support senior leadership with marketing plans for all current/new operations and initiatives.Designing user engagement, experiences and marketing campaigns around hospitality offerings.Leveraging data analytics to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of all marketing initiatives and activities.Develop and implement monthly marketing calendars for all workplace and retail locations.Ensure effective tracking of new initiatives and share results (ROI) with team(s).Overseeing the companies’ social media, content marketing and digital analytics strategy.Planning, developing and executing integrated digital programs and campaigns across multiple digital platforms to deliver measurable results.Leads optimization strategies to drive brand awareness, sales leads, restaurant reservations and other important metrics in a quantifiable way.Assists with the organization’s website maintenance, SEO strategy including solidifying and ensuring consistency in the positioning and messaging of the company and brand.Project management for all incoming marketing job requests.Act as an internal expert in all facets of digital and social media marketing strategy; work with digital agency to plan and develop integrated digital and interactive programs and campaigns across multiple digital platforms to deliver measurable results.Assists in providing direction for contractors, consultants and agencies involved with database management, CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, SEO/online advertising and mobile strategy.Qualifications

Minimum seven years in managing high profile marketing programs (retail, hospitality, catering, restaurant), with a strong passion for food.Experience in developing processes to organize, mobilize, scale and deliver consistently amidst time and business pressures and ambiguity.Passion, knowledge and appreciation of culinary arts, food and events.Computer literacy - MS Office (including Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite.Experience coordinating omnichannel marketing programs.Apply to Wolfgang Puck today!Wolfgang Puck Catering is a member of Compass Group USA.Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
