Gem gives every part of the organization the tools to drive results and showcase their impact.The Team & RoleYou’ll be an early member of the product marketing function, which plays a strategic role in developing Gem’s messaging, positioning, launch strategy, and GTM enablement. In your first six months, you’ll quarterback the launch of new products, manage product update communications, and drive sales excellence through well-designed enablement and competitive intelligence.What you’ll do day-to-day:Partner closely with product management to execute end-to-end product launches, from early access and messaging to enablement, collateral development, and cross-channel promotionDevelop engaging enablement content and training programs that ramp up our GTM teams to effectively sellOwn internal and external product update communications, including the monthly newsletter and other creative methods that you come up withDevelop messaging and positioning that will be used throughout the company to drive demand, win deals, and build a strong brandPartner with marketing to develop and promote campaigns that position Gem as a thought leader in the Talent Acquisition industryCreate standout external content that demonstrates the value of Gem’s offering, including one-pagers, blogs, and moreCollaborate with the Product & GTM teams on competitive intelligence and positioningSpeak and present about Gem to both external and internal audiencesAbout you:You have 4+ years of Product Marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company (startup experience and/or HR tech industry a strong plus)You have successfully launched new products to market to drive business growthYou can design compelling enablement content and programs that effectively train GTM teams on new products & featuresYou have outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)You can and are willing to showcase your presentation skills (including webinars, internal presentations, etc.)You know how to work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and marketingGem is an equal opportunity employer.
