Paid Media Buyer . The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and optimize effective digital campaigns to maximize KPI-based performance while keeping within fixed budget ranges. This person will join our Ad Operations group to ultimately support a team of sellers in maximizing digital revenue growth in some of our largest and most strategic accounts.

As a Paid Media Buyer, you will be responsible for onboarding client campaigns, making strategic decisions, optimizing toward stated goals, and deriving reporting insights for “data storytelling”. Additionally, you will also provide ongoing performance-based suggestions, sales support, creative management, and end-to-end facilitation of multi-channel, tactical digital solutions that include:Performance Digital MarketingAudio StreamingPodcast AdvertisingDisplay AdvertisingProgrammatic StrategiesSocial Media MarketingOnline Presence SolutionsOTT and Video AdvertisingYou will have the opportunity to use your passion for digital marketing to develop personalized, innovative, full-scope advertising solutions to meet the marketing needs of new and existing clients through the integration of digital products and services focused on our advertisers’ end goals. This is a hybrid remote position.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, onboard, and optimization a book of campaign business across a variety of DSPsRecommend audiences and strategies that deliver the highest returns for a given budget from utilizing our first-party identity graph alongside second-party and third-party solutionsManage the organization, process, and delivery of multi-channel programmatic campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standardCollaborate with internal teams to develop creative strategies and innovative solutions to accomplish high-stakes business goals while staying within cost constraintsMonitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to account management team, highlighting successes, segment gains/losses, and areas for improvementAnalyze and translate campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement to meet client goalsOversee ongoing internal reporting and account trackers in order to provide ongoing details about campaign pacing, reporting metrics, account health, project timelines, growth opportunities, etcAssist in audience and inventory forecasting (including the build-out of media plans and target populations), ongoing monthly reporting, and quarterly business reviewsIdentify opportunities for revenue growth, and work with internal teams to suggest new strategies and campaign optimizations that drive revenue and/or performanceSupport strategic agency projects as needed (like onboarding a new platform, researching new products/partners, or setting up new offerings in our planning tools)Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and knowledge internallyJob Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on ad operationsStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize and solve client issuesDemonstrated ability to self-motivated and task-oriented for complex and fast-paced projectsTime management and organizational skills, with high attention to detailExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsMust be a team player, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teamsExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teammatesProven track record of delivering successful digital campaigns that drive resultsKnowledge of digital marketing channels, including programmatic buying in DSPsFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google DV360 and CM360, Google Tag Manager, Basis, Simplifi, and/or Facebook Ads ManagerWhat We Offer:
