About the Position

As the Lead Brand Designer at Cardlytics, you will be at the forefront of shaping, elevating and driving our brand's creative direction. In this pivotal role, you will shape and elevate our visual identity not only for Cardlytics but also across our other brands and offices, including Bridg, Rippl, and our UK operations. This role is central to crafting a compelling visual identity that resonates across digital, print, and social platforms. Your expertise in design will not only elevate our brand to partners and engage our audience, but also ensure consistent storytelling across all channels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll deliver innovative design solutions that align with our marketing and business objectives on a global scale. Additionally, you'll play a key role in mentoring and developing our brand design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. Location:

The role is primarily hybrid, with a strong focus on in-person collaboration. You will be based out of one of our US offices located in Atlanta, GA; New York, NY; or Menlo Park, CA. While there is flexibility to work remotely part of the time, regular in-office presence is encouraged to foster collaboration, teamwork, and creative synergy.

You will:Ensure brand consistency across deliverables per Cardlytics Corporate Brand Design Guidelines.Translate complex ideas into easy-to-understand visual assets.Lead design efforts for business review slides and high-impact presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Manage and support the design team with sales collateral, event branding, and content marketing assets.Play a pivotal role in defining and maintaining Cardlytics' Brand Voice for both internal and external communications.You are:

Mastery in core design skills, especially pixel perfection, typography, and visual branding.Strong leadership qualities with a background in team management.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work.Expertise in programs like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace.Familiarity with UI/UX, data visualization, and motion/video design.Core Values

At Cardlytics salary ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, and location. Individual compensation may be determined by relevant skills, experience, education, training, and other role-specific criteria. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of the aforementioned factors.The base salary range provided below does not include bonuses and additional benefits.

The annual US base salary range for this role is:

$120,000 - $135,000
