Graphic Designer, MilkShake Factory

We're on the hunt for a skilled and innovative Graphic Designer with expertise in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual identity as we embark on an exciting growth journey. As part of our in-house marketing team, you'll collaborate on everything from local franchise requests to national email campaigns, menu updates, digital ads, and more-all while keeping our brand's visual language consistent and compelling. With our expansion, you'll have the chance to take on new and diverse design projects that will stretch your creative muscles.

What You'll Do:

Design Magic: Bring your creative flair to a wide range of projects, including logo designs, PowerPoint presentations, emails, banner ads, WordPress updates, print templates, and more.Brand Guardian: Ensure every design piece aligns with our brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and striking visual identity across all platforms.Project Juggling: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.Print Savvy: Prepare and package files for flawless print production.Independent Innovator: Work autonomously in a high-volume environment, consistently delivering top-notch results.What You Bring:

Proven Experience: At least 2-4 years as a Graphic Designer with a diverse portfolio that showcases your skills and creativity.Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint, with basic photo editing skills. Experience with WordPress, photography, or video is a bonus.Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a performance-driven franchise environment.
