Position Overview:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Database and Digital Marketing, the Coordinator provides technical support for collecting, aggregating and presenting metrics related to member and visitor communications as well as performing basic database hygiene tasks.

Essential Functions:Collaborate with colleagues to compile communication wrap-up reports focused particularly on Member and Visitor communications; oversee production and distribution of campaign performance reports.Build and generate lists based on selection criteria, export list data and manipulate list data for reporting purposes.Aggregate performance metrics from multiple sources such as: WordFly, Tessitura Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Tableau.Identify test opportunities based on previous results of communications efforts.Build and deploy member and visitor questionnaires/surveys online and/or onsite.Responsible for ongoing basic database hygiene: create and edit constituent record data such as salutation, address, attributes, and communication preferences.Perform other related duties as required.Qualification Requirements and Characteristics

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Demonstrated experience in summarizing and interpreting performance metrics.Solid project management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments, and function in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.Familiarity with Tessitura or similar database;

Ability to navigate and understand Tessitura campaign, appeal and source structures and how they translate within proprietary reports in Tessitura Analytics, Google Analytics and Tableau.Basic understanding of audience segmentation, with an understanding of Tessitura list manager, list criteria and output criteria at the individual level.

Salary and Schedule:

Salary: $45,000 - $47,000

Full-Time, 35 hours per week
