Develop and design POS/Graphics and layouts for our suppliers, customers, and corporate office.
Key Accountabilities
Create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principals and esthetic design conceptsDraw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, using computer graphics software packages or other mediums such as PC hardware (image scanner, color plotter/printer, laminator, etc.) and software (Corel Draw, Sign Lab, Photoshop, etc.)Assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for printerReview final layouts and suggest improvements as neededAttend and/or execute special events and retail promotions as requiredEnsure full compliance with legal guidelines, Wholesaler Equity Agreement and A-B standardsAssist in maintenance of POS Storage AreaAssist other departments or other projects as neededRequirements
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Ability to work on a team and independentlyAbility to communicate clearly and effectivelyStrong attention to detailAbility to work and concentrate in a loud office settingAbility to meet time sensitive deadlinesAbility to lift 30lbs. or moreEducation/Training/Experience
High School Diploma or GED Required; Bachelor's Degree PreferredPrevious graphic and sign production experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficient in sign-making software preferred (PC Corel Draw Design, Sign Lab, etc.)Working knowledge of sign-making equipment (vinyl cutter, printers, etc.)Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work flexible hoursKnowledge of local, state, and federal liquor lawsAbility to perform physical requirements of the job
