Job Summary:

The Creative Director is responsible for the artistic and visual elements of the White Rhino Coffee brand, including branding, digital, and print resources. This person is responsible for the company's visual identity and creative vision, executing that vision through the creation of videos, graphic design, and product development.

Daily Tasks and Projects:

Lead the creation, review, and production of all creative resources, including web, print, and digital marketing collateralTake ownership of the brand, solidifying brand marks, colors, fonts, and representations, and ensuring compliance to brand standards across internal and external resourcesSpearhead innovative design strategies to expand brand recognition and elevate product offerings online and in shopsPartner with the Marketing Director to produce resources that support the vision and objectives of the brand and marketing initiativesOversee and manage a consistent creative project process, from request to execution, providing solid and reliable timelines to project stakeholdersCoordinate with outside creative partners, including graphic designers, videographers, and PR professionalsJob Qualifications:

Strong organization skills and track record of delivering creative resources while balancing multiple projects at a timeAbility to communicate effectively and in a timely mannerExperience creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and printStrong creative vision with an eye on business objectivesAbility to work well in a fast-paced collaborative environmentRequired Education, Certification, or Experience:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or similar5+ years of experience in creative marketing, restaurant industry preferredStrong experience in Adobe Suite, Microsoft 365, Final Cut Pro, and project management softwareExperience in project management, with a focus on creative directionExperience in multi-location shops is preferredCompensation and Benefits:
