Description

At Call Box, we created a first-of-its-kind call tracking software that is currently used by over 100,000 businesses with technology unmatched by our competitors. We produce all marketing campaigns internally, with a lean team of functional Marketing Specialists, Product Marketing Managers, and Graphic Designers. Our campaigns work to increase awareness of our brands, tell our user success stories, generate leads for the sales team, engage current users, and convey new product enhancements.

Our team is focused on growing revenue from our current client base as well as sourcing and engaging new prospects through trade shows, content marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, external media, and email automation.

As a marketing intern, you'll be assisting our team of marketing professionals with a wide range of projects including mail campaigns, lead organization and creation, event coordination, content writing, email nurture campaigns, and more. You'll learn how a high-performing marketing team operates and gain invaluable hands-on experience. This paid internship encompasses up to 20 hours per week, all of which must be completed in our Dallas office in The Shops of Park Lane, surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping.? This internship is for the Fall 2024 semester, with potential to continue in Spring and Summer.

Requirements

An ideal candidate is:

Must be located in the DFW area and able to work up to 20 hours/week in-office.A self-starter with a high sense of urgency.Highly organized and self-disciplined.Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames.Able to thrive in a fast environment.A creative thinker and problem solver.Excellent with verbal and written business communication.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Familiar with email automation software, such as ActiveCampaign.Working toward or has a bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, business, or similar field.Responsibilities include:

Develop a basic understanding of Call Box products, vertical personas, and knowledge regarding each industry.Carry out mail campaigns sent to external stakeholders.Organize leads obtained from various sources, such as conferences and webinars, and tee up opportunities for Sales Development Reps.Manage inbound content requests and nurture leads through ongoing drip email campaigns.Contribute to regular written content, such as blogs and newsletters.Assist marketing team members with topical projects and campaigns, as assigned.What's in it for you:
