Employees who are able to perform the essential functions of their jobs away from an Elevations location may do so with the expectation that they are onsite at least fifty percent of the time over a two-week pay period.Summary/Objective:

This part-time Internal Communications Program Manager will lead, organize, and prioritize internal communication strategy and deployment in alignment with ECU's strategic vision. Relying on a strong understanding of the purpose and effectiveness of various internal channels, they will expertly guide internal stakeholders to make appropriate decisions to best support their communication goals.Essential Functions include:Content creation and coordination: Partner with stakeholders at all levels to suggest strategies and develop engaging content, including: internet articles, targeted emails, digital signage, PowerPoint decks, candidate messaging, and videos; coordinate communication activities and manage master calendar to ensure timelines are met.Strategy execution: Execute programs to enhance employee's awareness and engagement with the company's vision, culture, strategy, and programs; suggest and select optimal channels for messages based on priority and target audience; analyze message and channel effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.Organizational meeting support: Serve as primary point of contact and project manager for monthly all leaders meetings, suggesting timely and relevant topics, coaching subject matter experts, and gathering and distributing materials; help coordinate annual all staff meeting, including content planning and creation, meeting logistics, vendor engagement, and delivery.Brand management: Partner with marketing and external communications team members to identify opportunities for content promotion; write, proofread, and edit internal communication materials, ensuring maximum effectiveness, consistency of tone, and adherence to brand.Leadership engagement: Coach leaders across the organization to deliver key messages to employees in a meaningful, connected, impactful manner.Reports to:

This role does not have supervisory responsibility.Required Skills, Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in communications, media, marketing, communications, business, English, or related field, and 5 years relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExcellent communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofreadingFlexible and open-minded with excellent interpersonal skills at all levelsWell-developed prioritization, organization, and planning skillsAn independent self-starter with a strong appetite for continuous improvement, capable of identifying and completing tasks with minimal supervisionAbility to appropriately work with confidential informationPreferred Skills, Education and Experience:Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams and in an ever-changing and fast-paced environmentKnowledge of change management best practicesCorporate event planning experienceFinancial services industry knowledgeWork Environment:

The person hired into this position will likely earn between $36.22 and $50.00/hr., plus annual bonus.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.Anticipated Application Window:
