This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.

Support the development of marketing materials for new product launches. Includes participation in weekly product launch meetings and development and production of materials.Materials developed for new product launches typically include: offering memorandum (also known as a private placement memorandum), presentation, fact sheet, launch email, due diligence materials, due diligence web site (also known as a data room), data room spreadsheets, and internal training materials.Partner with investment, operations, IR, compliance, data, and legal teams as well as product specialists to complete product launch content.Work with external legal counsel on materials supporting launches and fund closes including PPM supplements.Support fundraising by assisting with content updates, webcasts, product insights and update emails.Help ensure a consistent message, tone, and brand across all marketing materialsAnd other responsibilities as requiredWhat you bring:

Support the content creation of complex concepts in a clear and compelling style, as well as a demonstrated ability to vary tone and language based on project / audienceAbility to independently analyze information and solve problemsAbility to "connect the dots" between client needs, market trends, and business goals to generate ideas and, ultimately, compelling marketing collateralProven business writing ability with excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skillsExperience working on marketing materials and content with an institutional asset management focus is preferredStrong working knowledge of marketing communication practices and relationship management processFamiliarity with investment concepts and high level of comfort with numbers and analysisKnowledge of financial markets, specifically private equity and private markets is preferredEducation Preferred
