Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager at Froedtert South will play a critical role in developing and executing the hospital system’s marketing strategies, with a specific focus on marketing, public relations, and business development. This position requires a creative and strategic individual who can manage marketing campaigns, create compelling visual content, drive business growth, and contribute to the overall success and branding of Froedtert South.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with Froedtert South’s goals and objectives.

Coordinate and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, social media, and email marketing.

Analyze market trends and patient demographics to identify opportunities for growth and community engagement.

Work with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials that enhance Froedtert South’s brand image.

Content Creation & Management:

Create and manage content for Froedtert South’s website, and social media platforms.

Ensure all content is consistent with Froedtert South’s brand and meets regulatory and compliance standards.

Collaborate with internal departments to gather content ideas and ensure messaging aligns with the overall marketing strategy.

Brand Management:

Maintain and enhance Froedtert South’s brand image across all marketing channels.

Ensure that all marketing materials and communications are aligned with the brand guidelines.

Monitor brand performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Public Relations:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and national media outlets.

Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage responses in a timely and professional manner.

Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other PR materials that effectively communicate key messages.

Coordinate press conferences, media briefings, and other PR events to enhance Froedtert South’s public profile.

Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports to senior management on public relations activities.

Handle crisis communications and manage Froedtert South’s reputation during sensitive situations.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth within the healthcare market, including new services, partnerships, and strategic alliances.

Develop and implement business development strategies that align with Froedtert South’s overall goals.

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify potential areas for service expansion and market differentiation.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, community leaders, and corporate partners.

Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to inform business development initiatives.

Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and strategic plans to senior leadership.

Track and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Community & Patient Engagement:

Plan and execute community outreach programs to enhance Froedtert South’s visibility and reputation.

Manage patient engagement initiatives to improve patient experience and satisfaction.

Develop relationships with local media and manage public relations efforts.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track and report on the performance of marketing, PR, and business development campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of video, photographic, PR, and business development content in driving engagement and conversions.

Prepare regular reports for senior management on marketing, PR, and business development performance, budget utilization, and ROI.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, and business development.

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, public relations, and business development.

Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of healthcare industry marketing, public relations, and business development is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Occasional travel between hospital locations and local businesses as needed.

Additional Information:

This position may require occasional evening and weekend work, depending on project needs.
