**About this role:**This position will focus on internal communication initiatives for Commercial Banking (CB). The individual contributor in this role will provide communication support for business priorities including growth initiatives, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), employee engagement, risk management. This position can sit in **Charlotte, NC** or **Minneapolis, MN** and is required to be in the office 3 days a week.
