Senior Digital Product Marketing Manager for Nalco Company LLC in Naperville, IL to lead the execution of digital strategy and solution marketing focusing on our digital product offerings. Accountable for business outcomes by driving growth and adoption while delivering a positive user experience. Work closely with divisional, development, marketing, sales, and business readiness teams to serve the digital solution needs of our internal and/or external customers. Responsible for all aspects and process utilized in the design, build-out, delivery, adoption and go-to-market of select digital solutions. Analyze business strategy, gather market intelligence and seek customer VOC, and translate strategy, findings and insights into industry leading product strategies and concepts. Responsible for the analysis of feasibility, cost ramifications, economies, or other aspects of planned digital product. Define the strategic vision and roadmap of digital offering, based on Voice of Business, Voice of Customer and competitive intelligence. Leverage cross functional groups to couple knowledge of customer needs with existing and future technology capabilities. Define business outcome of digital products as measured by relevant KPI. Partner with finance to build financial model. Responsible for communicating the product vision effectively to key partners. Formulate the business value and partner with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize high level business requirements and features to deliver to market, through the analysis of opportunity, risk and dependency. Partner in development of business processes and solutions to meet new business needs. Oversight and leadership of the end-to-end digital customer experience and make business decision to maximize customer value and business ROI. Assist team in management of project expectation, deadlines and schedules with various stakeholders across multiple functions. Lead business planning and own product value realization to ensure go-to-market readiness for digital products and services. Support marketing strategy including creating and implementing strategies and plans for digital offerings/services. Supports change leadership, communications and training to ensure that internal and external customers embrace the digital offerings. Track and report on metrics and take corrective action working with leads in Sales/CAMs/marketing as required.

Requires: Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 4 years of experience as Business Development Director, Digital Product Manager or related introducing digital products in new markets including, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific and leading business planning to expand product capability and channel readiness or, alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and 6 years of experience ss Business Development Director, Digital Product Manager or related introducing digital products in new markets including, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific and leading business planning to expand product capability and channel readiness. Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) analyzing, measuring, and tracking market sales potential across channels, regions and products, and championing new growth and product ideas. DE building a high performing team that will lead product management, business development and commercialization of data analytics based digital products and services. DE facilitating product planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine scope and objective of each product and utilize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) methodology and simulation modeling. DE working with business stakeholders to establish project performance using vendor performance scorecard, monitor and communicate project status and negotiated contract agreements to identify alternatives or solutions. DE using Six Sigma methodologies, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban and value stream mapping to generate improvement ideas, potential product assessment, and advice on prioritization of potential products.
